Danielle was an excellent buyers agent for me. I asked her to find a unicorn I could not find myself. She found a property that met rare criteria, and then some, that was within price range. Danielle was helpful with the negotiation process and progress to to exchange and beyond. It's tough to buy well in Sydney while you're busy earning the income required. When buying a property, there are moments when the pros and cons are finely balanced and as the buyer, you are the only one who can make the decision.
In 2024 and 2025, Danielle created space for me so I could decide on my new home with limited stress. Her amazing attention to detail and follow up of issues gave me confidence that all the bases were covered and we had all the available information. She also took time to get to know me. Danielle has been our guide and guardian angel since we arrived in Avalon 6 years ago. I purchased my first property with Danielle in 2024. The conversation started as more of an exploration on whether I should be looking into property in my early 20s, and if so, how to approach such a daunting experience! However within a couple of weeks, Danielle was able to open up my horizons in the property market by helping me look interstate across Australia, into more affordable markets. Danielle and I had regular catch ups where she would suggest properties, and help me understand what to look out for (good and bad!).
