What does a Buyers Agent do?

 I work exclusively for the buyer — not the seller. I search, shortlist, assess, negotiate and secure property on your behalf, helping you avoid costly mistakes and access properties you may never see on your own.

Buying property is time-consuming, emotional and competitive. I handle the research, agent conversations, inspections, due diligence and negotiation — giving you more clarity, more confidence, and a stronger position when the right home appears.

No. I do not accept overlapping briefs. Your search remains my priority, and I never represent competing buyers in the same category or area.

Timeframes depend on your brief and market conditions, but most buyers secure a property within 6–12 weeks. Some move faster; others take longer if their wishlist is highly specific.

The Northern Beaches and North Shore are my core areas, but I also support clients buying beyond Sydney including Coastal NSW, Canberra, and Melbourne. Many of my clients come back for help with relocation or investment purchases, valuing the continuity of working with someone they already know and trust.
