PRICING & PROFESSIONAL FEES
My professional fee is agreed upfront and tailored to your brief, with a fixed fee confirmed before we commence (GST included).
As a guide, my signature Comprehensive service is capped at 1.5% of the final purchase price. A retainer is payable at engagement, with the balance due on successful exchange.
Coaching & Advisory pricing options:
- 60-minute session: $295 incl. GST
- Three-session “Confidence Bundle”: $850 incl. GST
- Six-session “Guided Path”: $1,580 incl. GST
